SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

The Eames Chuchen TSM Aquatics High Altitude Training Grant Program

The Eames Chuchen Foundation is excited to announce a partnership with TSM Aquatics (TSM) to provide annual financial grants for TSM swimmers who are selected to participate in the team's High Altitude Training Program. Swimmers who participate in this program embody the best of TSM’s competitive spirit: A desire to be the best swimmer they can be, and an even better teammate. For those of us who knew Eames, those were the qualities that he worked hard to achieve.

A SIMPLE DRUM BEAT.

EAMES CHUCHEN:

“The drum beat included eight hits on the hi-hat, three hits on the kick drum, and two on the snare. Because I wasn’t very good, I was complaining and practicing for hours. My drum beat sounded more like BOOM, CLACK, CLICK than BOOM, CLICK, CLACK. But all of that practice paid off at the end of the day. I managed to master the drum beat, and I felt accomplished. I learned that day that as long as you kept practicing you could achieve anything.”
